Bring PE shoes and shorts to practice. Knee pads are not required.
The school will not be transporting kids to and from practice.
Practice is not mandatory. Attend whichever practices work with your schedule.
4-6th Volleyball Philosophy
The purpose of 4-6th Grade Volleyball is to teach the basic fundamentals of volleyball including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defense. Athletes will gain a better understanding of how the game is played. Drills are designed to promote gamelike situations to prepare them for 7-12th volleyball.
